What is the Consultation Fee?
The consultation fee is $150 for a meeting with Attorney Pam Polka, Esq. The fee is $200 to meet with other attorneys at our firm. The consultation fee is considered earned upon payment based on an attorney’s time being reserved.
How much time will I get with the Attorney?
Your consultation will last for 30 minutes.
What types of virtual meeting do you have ?
We offer Zoom (video or audio), Google Meet and telephone virtual meetings.
Do you offer in-person meetings ?
We offer in-person consultations at our office in Missouri 762 Luetkenhaus Boulevard, Box 532, Wentzville, MO 63385
What is your consulttaion fee refund policy?
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting to be eligible for a refund (minus any credit card processing fees). All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to pam@polkalawoffice.com and include the following information:
Your full name
Date of the appointment
Reason for the cancellation
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the meeting will not be refunded.
What is your rescheduling policy?
To reschedule your meeting, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Meetings cannot be rescheduled to a different time on the same day as the original appointment.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM Central Time, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
