What is the Consultation Fee?
Consultation with Attorney Pam Polka Priority(during peak times)
Virtual: $150
In Person (Office): $200
The consultation fee is considered earned upon payment based on an attorney’s time being reserved.
After 4:00 Pm CST, Virtual Consultations are free.
To schedule a consultation, please call our office and book an appointment.
How much time will I get with the Attorney?
Your consultation will last for 30 minutes.
What types of virtual meeting do you have ?
We offer Zoom (video or audio), Google Meet and telephone virtual meetings.
Do you offer in-person meetings ?
In person is by appointment. Please call +1 314-375-3755 to have it scheduled.
What is your consultation fee refund policy?
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting to be eligible for a refund (minus any credit card processing fees). All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to pam@polkalawoffice.com and include the following information:
Your full name
Date of the appointment
Reason for the cancellation
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the meeting will not be refunded.
What is your rescheduling policy?
To reschedule your meeting, please provide at least 24 hours. Meetings cannot be rescheduled to a different time on the same day as the original appointment.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
